Internet Security Association and Key Management Protocol
<networking, protocol> (ISAKMP) The definitions and procedures for
authenticating communication between 2 peers. This includes the creation and
management of Security Associations, key generation techniques, and threat
mitigation. ISAKMP is proposed in RFC 2408.
